BTW, I wanted to let you know that we stayed with my friend that you moved to Felixstowe.We had lunch with her parents, and her mother was literally in tears thanking you for taking care of the move for her. Both her parents were so grateful that their daughter had so much help in a foreign country, and had to get herself and little girl back to the U.K.
I just wanted to let you know, that even though it is your job, there is a family in the UK that are so extremely grateful for your efforts. Especially as she could not have afforded to get home any other way.
